Meet Matt & Debbie
A husband-and-wife team running Microgrown Market together since 2021. Hemp growers turned shop owners, with hands-on experience behind every product on our shelves.
Honest Guidance, Quality Cannabinoids
Matt and Debbie have been married since 1988. In 2019 they started Microgrown Farm, LLC, where they grew two licensed crops of CBD flower. By early 2021 they realized they were more interested in running a retail shop than continuing as growers — they wanted a place customers could find reliable THCa flower, quality CBD products, and honest information about hemp-derived cannabinoids.
Matt left his outdoor power equipment business and remodeled the building into what would become Microgrown Market. They opened the doors in May 2021 and have been focused on clean, lab-tested THCa and CBD products ever since.
After 38 years in corporate Human Resources, Debbie joined Matt full-time. They run the shop together now — answering questions honestly and helping customers find the cannabinoid products that fit their needs.

Matt handles much of the vision and direction for the store. He designed the interior of Microgrown Market and focuses on consistently bringing in new, effective, and high-quality THCa and CBD products. He keeps a close eye on the industry and filters out the hype, choosing only products that deliver real results—quality is always the foundation.
A major priority for Matt is offering the finest THCa flower from specialized, hard-to-find growers. He has a knack for sourcing top-tier exotic THCa flower from across the country. Customers can see, smell, and feel the quality before they even make a purchase, which sets Microgrown Market apart from typical shops. -
Debbie
Knowledge, Customer Connection, and Product Guidance
Debbie brings a strong understanding of the cannabis industry from seed to sale. She knows the products extremely well, which allows her to guide customers toward the right THCa, CBD, or hemp product for their needs. She also uses some of the non-psychoactive gummies and sleep products herself, giving her firsthand experience to share.
What stands out most about Debbie is her approach to customer care. Every customer—truly every one—feels welcomed and at ease when they walk in. She builds trust naturally, and many people end up relying on her guidance for more than just cannabis advice. Debbie regularly remembers returning customers by name and often recalls what they’re currently using. Her product knowledge, paired with her warm and personal approach, is a major part of Microgrown Market’s success.
