| Description | Super Runtz is an evenly balanced hybrid strain (50% indica/50% sativa) created through crossing the iconic Super Lemon Cherry Gelato X Runtz strains. With parentage and a name like this, you already know that you're in for one amazing treat with Super Runtz. This batch is delicious! I can personally attest to that. These buds are beautiful with their layer of frosty trichomes that coats the whole bud. These nugs are dense, but not rock hard and dry...perfect density. For the THC percentage hunter this batch weighs in at a whopping 33.2% !!!! That said, THC percentage is focused on because it can be quantified, but it is WAY over emphasied. Remember that your parents and grandparents smoked 7-8% bud at Woodstock in '69 and they were plenty happy. More THC does not necessarily make you "higher"... the CB1 receptor can only saturate to a point. Now, it is speculated that the numerous different terpene profiles for different strains, MIGHT have some "enhancing effect" beyond THC. When we source flower, I am looking for the highest terpene content available. This is where the amazing smell and taste comes from. At this point in the genetic development of the plant, high THCa levels are assumed. |
